Iain Ross + a minimum of three governors established on an ad-hoc basis and not to include any governors involved in the original decision.

Policy Scrutiny Committee

The members of the committee would be established on an ad-hoc basis according to availability and the number of policies for review.

• Each committee meets at least once per term
• The chair of each committee is responsible for setting the agenda in discussion with the headteacher.  
• All members may ask for items to be included on the agenda. 
• Each committee will have an annual programme of work. 
• Each committee will produce written minutes to be circulated to the full governing body after the chair of the committee and the headteacher have had the opportunity to check and make amendments.
